Thought they did away with that but unsure. I have a skeleton key and the chest in the Wolf Brother's vault will not open. Doesn't give me the message that I need a key. . . Just doesn't open. Even after waiting 5-15 seconds like some have suggested. It's just one of the randomly spawned ones inside the Vault.
